• Planning and scheduling: - Worked as interim project manager for software as a medical device project, to enable the product's release in CE-certified markets. Successfully released the product in 4 markets within the given schedule.
• Execution: - Successful execution of the formative study, usability study and claim validation project, Test method validation Project, and Engineering Build for 2 New Product Introduction Projects in planned schedule and costing with SPI 0.9
